Find More Ice Time is a free platform that connects hockey players, parents, coaches, and rink managers. You can browse events like clinics, camps, open hockey sessions, and tournaments, find rinks across North America, and discover coaches in your area.

Yes — browsing events, rinks, and coaches is completely free for everyone. Creating an account is also free. Coaches and rink managers can post events and manage registrations at no cost.

For coaches and rink managers who want to grow their business, Pro unlocks additional features like bench emailing, featured placement, a verified badge, and more — starting at $9.99/mo.

There are four roles:

• Fan / Parent — browse and sign up for events.
• Coach — everything a fan can do, plus post events, manage sign-ups, and maintain a coach profile and player bench. Requires admin approval.
• Rink Manager — same posting and management abilities as a coach, focused on rink-based events. Requires admin approval.

Click Sign Up in the top-right corner and choose "Coach" or "Rink Manager" from the role selector. Your account will be created immediately, but posting access is activated once an admin approves your request — usually within 24 hours.

Log in with an approved coach or rink manager account, then click the Create + button in the top-left of the nav bar. Fill in the event details — type, rink, date/time, cost, and any sign-up options — and hit Submit. Your event will appear on the Find Ice Time page immediately.

Click on any event card to open the detail view. If the event has sign-ups enabled, you'll see a Sign Up button (you must be logged in). Enter your name, email, and phone number to confirm your spot. You can cancel your registration from the same detail view at any time.

Click Find a Rink in the nav bar. Select your state or province from the dropdown and click Search. You can then filter results by name, city, or zip code. Rink cards show address, phone, and a website link where available.

Find a Coach lists coaches who have created a profile on the platform. You can filter by state and search by name or specialty. Each coach card shows their bio, experience, focus areas, and contact info. Coaches can create or edit their profile from the Find a Coach section after logging in using the Create/Edit Profile button.

My Portal is available to coaches and rink managers. It has two tabs: My Events shows all events you've posted along with registration counts and player details, and My Bench is a private list of players you've saved, with notes and a one-click BCC email option.

Use the Contact Us link in the footer to send us a message. Include as much detail as possible (rink name, what's wrong, correct information) and we'll update it as quickly as we can.

Click Log In, then click Forgot password? below the login form. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. This only applies to email/password accounts — if you signed up with Google, use Google's account recovery.
